Wear BLUE Day – Third Friday of June
The Friday before Father’s Day or the third Friday of Men’s Health Month (June) is Wear BLUE Day. The day raises awareness for the men in your life to take care of their health and the importance of men’s health-related issues.
For 2022, Wear BLUE Day is Friday, June 17.
Wear Blue day is all about raising awareness and money for education about health issues directly and specifically related to men. Awareness can mean many different things like making healthy lifestyle choices, making regular visits to the doctor, getting educated about heart disease or diabetes, or even just starting general health conversations.
Men can and should make health a priority. There is no better time to start taking daily steps to make yourself healthier and stronger, so start today.
