Shilpa Shetty Kundra Muesli Recipe
Muesli is a superfood a great source of protein, carbohydrates, fiber, and omega 3 fatty acids very good for health. It relieves constipation, Maintains heart health, and boosts energy.
Ingredients:
- Muesli
- Curd 2 tbsp
- Coconut Milk ( or any type)
- Anjeer
- Walnut
- Almonds
- Pomegranate
- Apple
- Cinnamon powder
- Dried coconut
- Sabja seeds
Method:
- Take four tbsp of organic Muesli in a bowl.
- Add 2 tbsp of curd in it, now add 1/2 cup of coconut milk or any other milk as per your choice.
- 1 piece of anjeer, 4 pieces of walnut, some almonds, 2 tsp pomegranate, and shredded peeled apple.
- Now add a pinch of cinnamon powder and mix it well.
- You can grate dried coconut into it that is optional, 3 tsp of sabja seeds, and mix well.
- Now pour it into a serving bowl topped with pomegranate seeds and grated coconut.
