Hundreds of Sikh NRIs at Takht Sri Harimandir ji Patna Sahib
Hundreds of Sikh NRI’s (Non-Resident Indians) participating in the celebrations of the 350th birth anniversary of the 10th Sikh master, Guru Gobind Singh at Patna Sahib.
Sikh NRIs from all over the world are arriving in India from the US, Canada, Britain, European countries, Southeast Asian countries, and Australia to participate in the celebration.
Bihar Government is doing everything possible to make the program 350th Parkash Purab Celebration a huge success. The CM has been personally looked into the arrangements made for the celebration. It’s a lifetime opportunity, a rare privilege for many and they are helping with cooking, cleaning utensils, mopping floors, and serving food to the devotees.
Guru Gobind Singh was the tenth and last Sikh Guru and was the founder of Khalsa. Patna Sahib, the birthplace of the tenth Sikh Guru, is considered one of the holiest places for Sikhs around the world and is a major tourist attraction mainly among Sikhs.
The main function will be held on 5th January when Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Punjab chief minister Parkash Singh Badal will be visiting and attending the Kirtan.
