Dadra and Nagar Haveli
The Union Territory of Dadra and Nagar Haveli is situated on the western coast of India. It is surrounded on the west, north, and east by the Valsad district of Gujarat and in the south and southeast by the Thana and Nasik districts of Maharashtra. In July 2019 Government of India proposed merging the two union territory as Dadra and Nagar Haveli and Daman and Diu and forming Dadra and Nagar Haveli and Daman and Diu as a union territory.
It is the homeland of colorful tribals. Dadra and Nagar Haveli are also the land of thick, green forests, low hills, large waterfronts, and huge, green meadows.

Swaminarayan Temple
Swaminarayan temple at Silvassa is a majestic temple built in modern times, dedicated to Bhagwan Swaminarayan, and located at the banks of the river Daman Ganga in Silvassa, Dadra, and Nagar Haveli.
Vanganga Lake and Island Garden
A beautiful lake garden is only 5 km from the capital Silvassa. It has wooden bridges, flowers, jogging paths, thatched huts, and paddle boats.
Piparia Udyan
The Piparia Udyan is a park with a difference. The great waterfalls, tiny kiosks, and sprawling islands of flowers are a great sight.
Vandhara Udyan
A riverside park with beautiful lawns. Ideal for picnics. Pavilions provide shelters to visitors.
Vasona Lion Safari Park
Dadra and Nagar Haveli wildlife sanctuary has the Vasona Lion Safari Park. This safari part was built with the mission to preserve Asiatic lions.
